Terms of use
SOW is a research, intelligence and decision-support platform; outputs are not legal, investment, medical or official government advice.
Current data include public-domain observations and synthetic reference data. Results identify their applicable data status.
Paid services activate only after verified payment and recorded entitlement. Pending wallet or purchase records do not prove payment.
The publisher may correct, revise or withdraw rankings, forecasts and reports when evidence or methodology changes.
Privacy notice
Registration stores the supplied name, email, country, organisation and role, together with the accepted Terms and Privacy versions, acceptance time and optional marketing choice.
Passwords are stored using PHP password_hash with PASSWORD_DEFAULT; reset and OTP secrets are hashed, time-limited and single-use.
Account activity, security attempts, feedback, subscription requests, downloads and administrative actions may be stored for operation, fraud prevention and audit.
Optional marketing consent is separate and may be declined or withdrawn.
When an address unsubscribes, SOW retains a minimal suppression record so that the address remains excluded from future communications across every recipient source.
